What It Is
The Industry Showcase Stage sits at the centre of the IFFW Trade Expo floor at Marina Bay Sands. It runs throughout expo hours on Days 1, 2, 3, — 14 to 17 June 2027. Presentations are short, practical, and commercially focused: 20 minutes on a specific product, project, technology, or market development. No formal conference pass required to attend. Trade visitors can walk in from the expo floor. The Stage is the right venue for a product launch, a case study, a technology demonstration, or a commercial proposition that benefits from a live audience drawn from across the future fuels supply chain.

Showcase Stage slots are available to exhibitors as part of certain stand packages, and on a standalone basis subject to availability. Presentations are reviewed by the IFFW content team to ensure relevance to the future fuels audience.
We welcome presentations on:
- Product and technology launches
- Project case studies
- Market data and research findings
- Commercial propositions addressing industry challenges
We do not accept:
- Sales pitches without substantive content
- Presentations duplicating conference panel sessions
- Brand-only advertising content
