Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration is required for all conference delegates .

  2. Registration must be made via the official IFFW 2027 registration portal at app.iffw.sg/2027/.

  3. Only credit card payment is accepted.

  4. Complimentary passes (Buyer, Speaker, Public Sector, Academia, Media) are subject to approval, with priority given to senior experts. The Full Conference Buyer Pass is limited to airlines, shipping lines, air cargo operators, and fleet owners.

  5. Registration for paid events is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

  6. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to registrations@iffw.sg. Refunds are calculated as follows: 80% for cancellations received by 31 March 2027; 50% for cancellations received between 1 April and 31 May 2027; no refund for cancellations received from 1 June 2027 onward.

  7. Paid delegate substitution is permitted at no charge, limited to one substitution per registration.

  8. All rates are based on the pricing tiers published on the registration portal.

  9. All rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude GST. An additional 9% GST applies.

  10. Group discounts apply: 15% off for 3, 20% off for 4 or more.

  11. Discount codes may be available and are applied at the organiser's discretion.
